How to order videos
1. Use your receive a unique username and password to log in to Aurora Pictures’ website;
2. Click the Safety Products tab to browse videos;
3. Click the “Proceed to checkout” button to borrow or buy the videos you have selected;
4. On the payment information screen, click Invoice for video rentals;
- This will bypass the credit card screen and bill Tri-State Safety Solutions, LLC directly;
5. Review and submit your order. Your order will ship the next business day.
Terms and Conditions
- Up to three (3) videos may be borrowed at a time. If additional videos are needed, call 800-346-9487, ext. 202;
- Videos must be returned within 28 days from the date they are received;
- A late fee of $20 per week per video will be charged for items not returned within the 28-day period;
- Cost of expedited shipping expense will be the responsibility of the client/renter;
- The client/renter will be responsible for return shipping expense;

Account Request
An account is required before you can borrow videos. Complete the request form for your account access. After your account is set up, you will receive an email from AurorA Pictures containing your Login information. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your log in.
